Dive into the world of coffee and explore many different techniques to manual brewing. This two-hour workshop will allow you to discover the rabbit hole of coffee and help you make tasty coffee at home with a minimal set up.

Class overview - you will learn: 

• Basics of coffee extraction

• Manual brewing methods & accessories : V60, Chemex, French Press, Aeropress

• Steps to prepare and brew your coffee

• Grind adjustment, brew ratios & recipes

• Last portion of the class you will practice brewing yourself
