How do we use it? We like it for mainly three reasons. It's perfect for decaf coffee since we tend to brew a bag of decaf a little slower than the others, and it will help keep all the flavours of your favourite lightly roasted special lot tasty for weeks. We also love the bigger size airscape for the darker, espresso roasts. Darker coffee tend to age faster, so this is the third way we love to use this neat little device.
