For a 5th year, the return of the Guiben honey!
One of our longest partnership at origin. TianCai, the farm manager and overall genius behind the processing, farming and quality control of those coffees, aims to connect with buyers that share the same values as the farmer group, which is to develop long term commitment at fair prices.

Even though they are doing some natural and washed processes, which we had in the past, the honey process is the one that’s been performing the best according to TianCai.

One of our most liked coffee of all time is back!
The Guiben Honey was always one of our favorite, and we are glad it's back.

This year's harvest is so sweet and complex. TianCai is a master at sorting and porcessing coffee, and every year we are amazed at how it keeps getting better.

The acidity is subtle, like a cooked pear. This is also giving the coffee a super enjoyable texture.
It's slightly nutty, but we identified it as pine nuts, which is quite unique in our experience.
The oolong finish brings a lot of depth and a long aftertaste, and the pure, cane sugar sweetness balances everything out perfectly.

A truly wonderful coffee.
