Roasted: Experimental Releases

Roasted is where we share the experiments that escape the roastery.

Since installing Quebec's first Stronghold S9X, we've been exploring just how many variables can influence a roast. Heat. Air. Time. Energy. Sometimes we change one thing. Sometimes several. The coffee itself stays the same.

Most experiments stay on the cupping table. The ones that teach us something worth sharing become a Roasted release. Some might confirm what we already know. Others might challenge long-held assumptions about roasting. That's part of the fun.

We're not trying to prove there's one perfect roast. We're simply curious enough to keep cooking, tasting, learning and occasionally sharing the results. After all, great coffee doesn't begin in the roastery. It begins with exceptional producers. We're just exploring different ways to honour the work that's already in the bean.
