A clear shipping guide on delivery timelines, carriers, and what to expect when ordering from Rabbit Hole Roasters.
🇨🇦 Canada Shipping
• Free shipping on orders $65 CAD+
• Flat rate $12 CAD on orders under $65
• Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, or GLS
This covers everything on our end before a parcel leaves the roastery.
Order Processing (in-house)
• Coffee is roasted to order for freshness
• Orders are packed and labeled in-house
• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, starting the next business day after purchase
THESE ARE ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES. Once an order is handed off, delivery + tracking are managed by the carrier and may vary due to weather, volume, or peak periods (statutory holidays, long weekends, end-of-year).

🇺🇸 United States Shipping Update (MAR 31,2026)
We paused U.S. shipping last year in August, due to tariff changes and the removal of the de minimis exemption, which meant every order required full customs clearance + brokerage - making shipments slower, more expensive, and unpredictable.
We are not fully resuming U.S. shipping yet.
Right now, we’re running a small number of test shipments to better understand:
• duties, taxes and brokerage fees
• clearance times + potential delays
What this means:
• U.S. orders are not currently open on the website
• Shipments to the U.S. may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees upon arrival.
These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We’ll definitely be sharing more updates once we’re ready to reopen U.S. shipping. 💛

Delivery Notes & Responsibility
You may add delivery instructions at checkout (for example: “leave with concierge” or “place behind gate”).
We’ll do our best to pass these on to the carrier.
Please note: delivery instructions are requests, not guarantees. Carriers may not always be able to comply.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
We can’t be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
If your location is prone to theft, weather exposure, or animals, we recommend choosing a delivery option
where someone can receive the package, or selecting local pickup when available.
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us! within 48 hours of delivery with photos of
the packaging and contents. We’ll review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution.
Returns
We cannot accept returns on roasted (or green) coffee. If something isn’t right, email us and we’ll review it with care
