We love decaf so much that we definitely needed a second, lighter option on our menu!

This Colombian decaf (EA process) is as clean as any coffee we drink on a regular basis.

It reminds us of panela, which is a dark brown sugar often sold in big bricks in markets across Latin America. The acidity is smooth and comparable with cooked apples or plums, and the slightly spicy finish give a sort of apple crumble impression.

Truly delicious.
