Another beautiful lot from Baho coffee and the Humure washing station. Mill manager Stratton Nzaramba delivered a top quality lot.

This is a very solid, unpretentious washed coffee that hits all the quality markers we are looking for: clean, vibrant, sirupy and sweet.
Sweet like brown sugar ( specifically cassonade in French), the acidity is full of stone fruits (nectarine for us). We also taste lots of dried fruits, like raisins and prunes.
This is a versatile coffee that fairs well with any method. Enjoy black or with milk.
