We are so happy to be bringing our first ever Haitian coffee. Haiti’s coffee history is a tale of colonialism, liberation and US intervention.

From being the world top producer in the end of the 19th century to still a top 3 producer in the 50s (volume wise), their coffee is now rarely seen on specialty roasters menu.

We felt it was important to give Haitian coffee a platform and more visibility, and this classic tasting coffee can definitely enhance your morning routine.

Impressions

This coffee is rich, round, full of chocolate and nuts. It’s a classic, easy to drink coffee. What makes it interesting is that, as it cools down, a hint of tropical flavour that reminds us of soursop, a green fruit with a mellow, recognizable acidity that is not too powerful, starts being noticeable.

This is a no fuss filter, and an incredibly sweet espresso that holds milk very well.
