This coffee is sweet and chocolaty. With impressions of cocoa, almonds and cherries, it'll go well black or with milk. You can enjoy this coffee both as an espresso and a filter coffee.
This washed coffee undergo both wet and dry fermentation techniques in sealed tanks before pulping and rinsing. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for 10-12 days.
