This coffee from Myanmar felt like a fresh fruit salad. It so lively and fresh, perfect for cold coffees as summer fast approaches.

The delicate notes and bold body makes this a very interesting coffee. We had notes of orange blossom, lychee and nougat.

Not our favourite coffee as an espresso with milk (try the washed or honey Myanmar) it's a unique short espresso and worth trying black.

This is a carbonic maceration processed coffees. The fermentation takes place between 48-72 hours in 25 litre buckets, removing excess air.
The coffee is then dried for approximately 20-24 days on raised beds.
