Jose's gesha honey are amazing because they bring forward a lot of amazing qualities from the varietal like flowers and delicacy, but also some bold tasting notes like pine nuts and caramel.

This gives a pleasant mix of complexity and familiarity, and those coffees are amongst our favourite profiles to offer.

On top of some floral tone and high sweetness, this coffee is full of ripe red and purple fruits like grape, cherry and plum.
