Dive into the world of coffee, learn about its fascinating and tasty history, and hone your tasting skills!
This two-hour workshop will allow you to discover the vast world of coffee through tasting, and beyond.
In this class, you will learn:

Short history of coffee and how it spread from Ethiopia through the world;

Overview of the different processing methods (natural, washed, honey) varietals, and roast styles, and how it impacts taste;
- Better understand tasting notes & impressions to help identify which coffees variety you love most;
- Formal coffee cupping of different origins and varietals to help you develop your coffee vocabulary around taste;
- Q&A at the end.
