Even if most of our roast are considered to be light to medium, we take our dark roast very seriously. We care about them the same way we do about all our other coffees; we use high quality beans and roast them with the same thoroughness.
We also use our Yunnan coffee for our darkest coffee, as we found that this enhanced the body and sweetness that you sometimes loose in darker roast.
