Meet the official coffee of the 2021 Canadian Aeropress Competition!

Floral like lavender, juicy like peach and sweet like strawberries jam, this coffee is simply chuggable. 

This is our third time buying from Ture Waji, owner of Sookoo coffee, via our import partner Osito. A staple on our menu, we have plan to incorporate it in blends next harvest and toying with an espresso roast!

Sookoo coffee's first client and partner was in fact Osito, and they have a very close working relationship. 

Since the price for cherries is quite stable in Ethiopia, the difference in the coffee prices from the country comes from the steps exporters take after the cherries were bought. And Ture Waji is renowned for his meticulous process and high quality coffee. 
Some will do minimal work and sell ''typical'' naturals, and other like Ture will produce a stellar product.

Shoondhisa is one of the cleanest natural Ethiopian we know and we are happy to have it on your menu year round.
