This coffee, from Producer Walter Jose Picada Perez at Finca Las Cumbres is the definition of an easy going coffee. It's nutty and chocolaty, and checks all the boxes of a round, clean, and sweet coffee. It works wonders with any brewing machine and is extremely versatile and easy to extract.

A third generation farmer, Walter maintains a strict fertilizing schedule and disease control protocols. He recognizes the importance of the people working with him and pays above than average while also landing money, interest free, to other coffee workers.

His coffee is dried at the Las Segovias Beneficio, which is owned by Luis Alberto who produced our stellar La Bendicion. Dealing with Luis helped Walter find international recognition for his hard work and solid tasting coffees.
